So much has happened in 2015; how did it go by so fast? As we reflect on the lessons this year has brought, and celebrate the successes achieved, here is a personal talk on Living Brave between two women who have fought hard and achieved so much through their courage and vulnerability. May it provide inspiration for the New Year as we get ready to ring the old year out, and may you be blessed with the opportunity to celebrate with friends and family. Happy New Year!
On November 27th, 2015 Women’s Integration Network held their 3rd annual swing dance fundraiser event, and what a success it was! Featuring the Cuppa Soup charity Dixieland swing jazz band, with an amazing performance and inspiring tap dance lesson by the Ottawa Rhythm Initiative, hosted by the Ottawa Swing Dance Society, and with a snack bar featuring Sam’s Star Treats, the energy and atmosphere of the event were amazing. Check out some of the photos taken by Scott Kelly – to remember the event if you were lucky enough to be there, or to feel the magic!
